The ONLY National Federation of SASCOC that will award Protea-, Provincial (in consultation with SASCOC Confederations) - as well as Federation Colours to athletes.

Athletes affiliated to SASAFF will participate at the South African National Fitness Aerobics & Hip Hop Championships (27 – 29 June 2014 in Cape Town) to qualify for participation at the 2014 FISAF International & Hip Hop Unite World Championships in Moscow, Russia.

The National Championships hosted by SASAFF is the only OFFICIAL Championships for Fitness Aerobics & Hip Hop in South Africa.

SASAFF is recognised as a Full Member of FISAF International and athletes of SASAFF will participate at the FISAF World Championships in Belgrade, Serbia.
